  3. Distribution requirements for The Screen Machine:

  5. 1) This product may NOT be sold by way of shareware rack vending, 
  6.    without prior written permission.

  8. 2) SHAREWARE versions of this product may distributed on CD-ROMs
  9.    that feature shareware collections. Owen Associates would 
  10.    appreciate a copy of the CD for review, or at the least,
  11.    notification of inclusion on the CD. Distribution on CD-ROMs
  12.    featuring commercial/retail software requires written permission.

  14. 3) No files in this product may be removed or modified.
  15.    Files added by anyone other than Owen Associates must clearly
  16.    indicate that they are not part of the original product.

  18. 4) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be listed and sold by
  19.    catalog.
  20.  
  21. 5) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be uploaded to BBS's.
  22.  
  23. 6) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be given to friends and
  24.    associates.
  25.  
  26. 7) Dealers or Distributors interested in selling the registered
  27.    version of The Screen Machine through commercial/retail channels
  28.    contact Owen Associates for wholesale pricing and delivery 
  29.    schedules.

  31. 8) This product may be bundled with hardware or commercial/retail
  32.    software ONLY under contract with Owen Associates.

  34. 9) John Owen retains all copyrights to The Screen Machine other than
  35.    those expressly given in this document.
